work out suggestions

Hello-
I am currently working on completing the Couch to 5K plan which involves working out 3 days a week. I would like to have something to do inbetween these workouts and think I should add some strength training. Becuase I do better with structure does anyone have any video suggestions? I'm a beginner and don't want anything killer becuase I'm working hard with the couch to 5K.
