Look on bodybuilding.com for programs. You should make sure that you are eating properly rather than just calories. You need to have the proper proportion of fats, carbs and proteins for your individual needs. There are many great articles on the web if you search for them. Good luck!0

Invest in the DVD Body Beast by Beachbody products. It's fairly inexpensive and it's all weightlifting designed to build muscle with bigger results.
