How do I get rid of arm fat? I don't want to just gain muscle under the fat and look like a beast woman

The usual fat loss advice - get into a slight calorie deficit and be patient. Fat loss can't be targeted. For more on that, google "spot reduction myth".1

Oh yeah. Because gaining muscle under the fat is just so easy to do.
Eat in a deficit. Lose fat overall.4 -

Work those arms ...strength training... while you eat in a deficit (but don't neglect meeting your min amounts for your protein and fat )1

If you find out how to gain significant muscle mass accidentally without the use of hormone altering drugs. You will be rich. Just eat at a caloric deficit and the fat will come off where it chooses, you cannot spot reduce.2

20 pushups in the morning when you wake up and 20 pushups before you go to bed. do knees to start if you cannot do without em, eat at a deficit, will see some results in 45 days. after the 45th day increase it to 40 push ups, repeat for another 45 days, reassess your progress.
good luck!1 -

What?.. What will that do? What about if she's already hitting 40 by the 20th day? The only thing removing fat in what you said is a caloric deficit.

LOL @ gaining "beast woman" status on a calorie deficit. I lift as heavy as I can (high weight, low reps) and I can't even get beast mode on a surplus! I'm stronger than I was before, with some nice definition here and there, but I'm no beast. I still look scrawny as hell...1

I must be doing something wrong. Lifting for 2 years in a calorie deficit and I'm not close to beast anything.3
