That would be the weight of what you ate.11

During any given day you are putting food/drink in and then it comes out again. 1.5 liters of water weights more than 3 pounds. Why would you not expect to show a higher scale # after drinking it?5

If weighing yourself after eating causes fear or stress for you, maybe don't weigh yourself after eating?
It doesn't provide any useful data for you.6 -

Yea it's just a bad habit0 -
You need to step back, take a deep breath, and turn the drama knob down.
You gained 1.5kg, literally immediately after eating a small meal and drinking 1.5 litres of water.
1.5 litres of water weighs 1.5kg.
Do you see my point?
You really, really, really need to step back and get some perspective. Stop weighing yourself obsessively, it is not helping you. Stop focusing on differences of less than 2kg, it is not helping you. Your body will naturally fluctuate, it does not have a fixed weight, so you have got to learn to accept those fluctuations and ignore them. They are irrelevant to your overall goals.
Weight loss is a long term goal. You need to look at long term trends. And mostly, you need to calm down and detach yourself from the scale. Why does weighing 1.5kg more than you did this morning make you stressed? That's daft.
Settle down, adjust your expectations, and don't let this become an excuse to binge. If you have already binged, don't let that become an excuse to quit. Log it, no drama, and carry on regardless. None of this is a big deal.

Try to turn to logic rather than emotion.
First of all, what is your goal? Is it to have improved health, fitness, wellbeing? Losing weight can be part of that but its not the only thing that matters. Think about what your goals are, and write them down or share them with someone.
Second, what does losing weight mean to you? Is it about getting the lowest scale reading, no matter what? If so this is probably not going to mesh well with improving your health, fitness or wellbeing. The # on the scale is temporary and in reality your weight changes constantly. When you eat, drink, expel waste, sweat, etc Healthy weight loss is about a change in weight over time. So comparing your weight now to your weight last month might be more effective.

Sounds like it's time to step away from the scale and relax!1
