Hungry days

What is your go to filler food on hungry days? Cunnrently mine is romaine lettuce and balsamic dressing. I can eat a large volume and not be too concerned. Looking for other ideas as well

    Home-popped Popcorn or I have a hot drink if tight on cals, usually Cadbury highlights (40cals).

    Carrots! Not as low cal as some, but I can munch on them easily!

    Oatmeal, I'll have part of a packet of instant oatmeal (depending on how hungry I am) and it keeps me full for a long time.

    Popcorn and salads. I can make some super tasty, protein packed salads, with relatively low cals. Also, LOTS of sparkling water, with marionberry shrub. I made about a gallon of that a few summers ago, and it's SO GOOD with fizzy water.
