I've started and stopped so many times and never succeeded! Any tips on how to stay motivated??
Need all the support I can get!

    I put a plan together...and then have friends around to support me. Log your food, log your workouts, be totally honest, and ask others for accountability. Feel free to add me.

    I have been where you are - or I would lose a little and feel good and just slip right into old habits. I know, for me, I have to want it badly enough that I easily say "No" to sweets and fried foods and I weigh, measure and log everything that touches my lips. It's not easy, but you'll get there!!
