I use my HRM to track calorie count burnt with Zumba so I just do a personalized one. I hope this helps!0

I have used Dancing, Aerobic/Modern in the past. Zumba is supposed to burn between 500 and 800 calories per 60 minutes, and Dancing, Aerobic/modern says I burn 549. It may be a little under count but it is close. Your other option is to use a heart rate monitor and enter it manually. Hope this helps!0

I just did Zumba for the first time this week and I was DRENCHED!
I was looking for it too so I can add into my tracking and what I was able to find was 60 minutes at high intensity was 838 calories.
This is what I am going to use but instead of putting a full 60 minutes I will shave down the minutes some, like 50 minutes to adjust for the calories in case it is wrong.0 -
Thanks for all the advice! Great tips!0

I teach zumba, and am considered high intensity. At 170 lbs, according to my hrm (I use polar f6), I burn 650+ when I teach class and 450-500 when i take a class with a high intensity instructor.0
