I'm a daily weigher, and yesterday was a surprise low mark at 202.6. I knew there was going to be a bit of a rebound this morning since I don't seem to stay at a new low weight for more than a day, but I was still a little bummed to see a 2lb bump up! Oh well...the point of me weighing daily is to see how I trend and I'm nearing ovulation time, so it is still very nice to see over 1lb lost since last week!

Late to the party but why not. I'm using my weight "trend" number from Libra (which cuts out daily fluctuations, but is also slow to acknowledge weight loss)

I have decided, I will continue this challenge this month. But if I don't get anywhere I'm going to put my scale away. It's so frustrating. I have increased my activity so hopefully this will help. But we will see. I'm still focused on this, but I think if I can't get it together I need to let go of the goal of losing weight, and just focus on the healthy eating and exercise and let whatever come off as it does.7 -

I'm trying not to lose a large amount of weight in a quick period, only looking for 4-5lbs a month for March and April - I discovered last year that constant weight loss will lead to a major binge, mood swings and general feeling of lethargy, I need to go slow and steady, break if I lose too much and then slow and steady again.
Once I hit my goal it's recomp time - can't wait!5 -
