Officially 10lbs lost from when I started my weight loss journey on 1/2/17
I'm enjoying this slow weight loss approach. I don't have to go on any diets to lose weight. I don't have to go to the gym everyday to lose weight. I can walk and count my steps, eat what I enjoy in moderation, count my calories and still lose weight. Now this is sustainable! I'm easily bored eating the same meals. So I enjoy experimenting in my kitchen and cooking meals from different countries. I'm looking forward to starting my weekday weight training. I know I have muscles somewhere I've just never seen them

Ran my first 5K race yesterday and beat my stretch goal on time, so I'm not even mad about the slight gain this week. Two days ago, I was down to 162.4, and I think that's probably where I'll return in a day or so. Just feeling good about my overall progress toward being more fit and healthy!8
