Need an accountability partner!

I've lost and gained back significant weight too many times. I am ready to move on, lose the weight and keep it off. I learned some things over the years and would like someone to help keep me accountable to a healthy diet and exercise routine and I will do the same for you!

    You have to click on the name twice and it will come up where you can add a friend. I sent you a request. Anyone can add me if they like. I find the support very motivating and keeping me in track.
