My mop has been my gym today. I mopped to the beats of Rolling in The Deep [Adele] and Jar of Hearts [Christina Perri] rather successfully.0

The new Marc Broussard album has a few songs that I listen to at the gym. Bleeding Heart, Only Everything and Emily.0

Love Adele, but I need something stronger. I listen to a variety of Myth and Queesnryche ... Love Geoff Tate's voice!!0
-
Elvis Costello and the Attractions, check out their earlier stuff it's great.0

The Joy Formidable - Absolutely love them (after hearing one song on a radio station) the entire album is full-energy indie-alternative and fills my 45 minutes of cardio0

I have different mixes depending on my mood / type of workout!
For my intense cardio days I have a bunch of old hip hop and r & b (think salt n peppa, early kanye, TLC, bel biv devo) or a "top 100's pop music mix
For my recovery days I have girly/acoustic music (sarah barellies, adelle, jason mraz, coldplay)
For my heavy lifting days I listen to harder stuff: ACDC, Eminem, Aerosmith,..
If anyone has any great playlists, I'd love some ideas!!0 -
Maroon5 / Christine Aguilara -Moves Like Jagger
Katy Perry's newest one-I think the name of it is 'Last Friday Night' - Lyrics may be a little obscene for some but the beat is good.
I added some others but can't think of them right now. If you like this kind of music let me know and I will look and see what others I have!
What are you most recent additions?
I am new here but am wondering if anyone here knows if there is a place where people can post their playlists??
Thanks for any help!0 -
Rammstein, White/Rob Zombie, AC/DC - stuff like that0
-
- moves like jagger by maroon five
- gibberish by ryan leslie
- time of our lives by miley cyrus (that one gets me really pumped!!)
- barefoot blue jean night by jake owen
- kick it in the sticks by brantley gilbert0 -

so embarassed to admit this but Nicki Minaj's Super Bass, Beyonce's new album, and some Lil Wayne keep me going!0

I've not even heard of most of the above!
MIne's mostly classical - at the moment, I have a selection of arias which I find really help to distract me from feeling worn out when I'm running (I don't do the gym)!0
