    Successes / struggles this week: I decided to keep my "weigh-day" on Thursdays. Wow, if I didn't have two different scales I wouldn't think this was real. I hit my mini goal already. That makes up for the two weeks before where I kept screwing up. What helped me is I started keeping a goal calendar. Not just for weight/food but if I did everything I needed to do that day including going to the gym and not straying from my plan I put a star on that day. If I did most of the things I put half a star because I still get credit for doing some things. Seeing how many days with stars vs. without really helped! Gonna keep it up! Only 3 more lbs until I'm 20 lbs down. P.S I need more friends so if anyone wants to add me feel free!

    Successes / struggles this week: i was good half of the week but went off this weekend. Have to work harder to make up. Within the week I lost 3 pounds and one bad weekend it went right back on smh!!!

    Successes / struggles this week: No real struggles. Weight dipped down to 137 again, always nice to see new lower numbers.
    I weigh daily, my goal is 130 and the weight tracking app I use predicts I'll reach it a month today - I highly doubt that! But I'm not worried, so long as the trend line is heading south :smile:

    Started a diet bet yesterday, so I had to weigh in for that. I am up 1.3 pounds from last Wednesday. I'll be chugging water for the next 2 days to see if I can get that weight off and have a loss for the week.
