Program for plateaus - only equipments are dumbells

Hi All

I was hoping for someone kind enough to suggest a program to shock my muscles stuck in a plateau. I only have access to dumbells, push up bar, chest flye, a bench and a treadmill. I have followed so many free online videos and I've been the same. It's been 2yrs now. Help pls!

    Follow a real, progressively overloaded hypertrophy program. And eat enough.
    Even though your access to equipment is limited you can still make progress following a good program making use of bodyweight movements and the little equipment you have.
