I live in an upstairs apartment. And before I moved into this place I had a treadmill I would run/walk on daily! Do you have any good/fun workout ideas?

Try some dvds like 30DS or some dance videos. I also enjoy wii games that have a lot of activity.

If you have Netflix, there are workout videos available there too. Walking and biking are great ways to burn calories. :)
  • Hello! I had one when i lived upstairs i put a bunch of cork board under it to take the shock and sounds. the people downstairs didn't complain anymore.

if you got rid of it, use the stairs and dvd's or online videos are great!

Run down to the main floor, run back up to your floor
    Do 10 squats
    Do 10 Jumping Jacks
    Do 5 Burpees
    And do 15 Situps

Then repeat that 7 times. *oh yeh, and do it as fast as you can.
Make it harder by upping the reps.

Do you have cable? Exercise TV on-demand has tons of free workout routines. Or get some DVDs from the library.

Thanks everyone for the great ideas! I don't have cable but DVDs are great! I like the idea of going up and down the stairs+Jumping Jacks+Squats+etc. Not sure what a burpee is but I'll try to figure that one out! I would really like to find a jogging partner, so I'll pray for one of them  Anyhow Thank Yall for responding!

If you live in an apartment development, run around the buildings or the neighborhood!
