Entering Burpees - Calories?

I don't see burpees listed as an exercise in the database. If I create it myself, how on earth do I know how many calories I likely burned? Is there another exercise already in the database that I could enter as an equivalent? TIA!

LOL - I read somewhere that it's 1 calorie per burpee.
I remember, because it feels like so much more than that!!!
Really, I have no idea where I read it or if it's accurate.0 -

It varies by age/sex/weight, but I guarantee if you do 100 burpees, you're going to burn a heckuva lot more than 100 calories.1
