Two of my clients failed to show up for court despite my numerous reminders
Warrants were issued for their arrest
I will get bombarded with phone calls from the jail in the very near future

    2. I am a published writer for one of the largest en-gratis news weeklies in the United States, but haven't written for them in more than 10 years. Making me a no longer published writer.

    1. The scale made me very happy and a little mad this morning.
    2. I had a nice drop, which is great. Yay new lows!
    3. But it put me at a total of 64.8lbs lost and I wanted that 65 pounds badge so bad!

1.0 The scale was NOT kind to me today.
1.33 I burned somewhere around 3000 kCal this weekend according to my Apple Watch.
    1.66 I still gained 3 pounds!
2.0 This means, mathematically, that, I took in almost 15,000 kCal. that I was not aware of, nor did I get to enjoy them!
2.33 Yes I know this isn't how it works.
2.66 "Weight loss is not linear"
    3.0 BlahBlahBlah
3.33 That doesn't make it any less frustrating!
3.66 If I am going to gain 3 pounds, I want my 15,000 kCal of pizza, ice cream and cheeseburgers dammitt!

Might you have had salty good and be retaining water?
Maybe all the hiking is making your muscles hold fluid?
I dunno i think those are two reasons for weight being higher without any reason....I suspect you aren't pmsing

I know. Those are both true.
I learned from my days as a Long distance runner, the weight goes up by a ridiculous amount after a long day or days.
Everything will be back to Normal by Wednesday or Thursday.
Still frustrating to watch the scale go the wrong way while the clock keeps ticking!

Perhaps don't step on the scale for a few days.
    Why frustrate yourself?

My pizza was yummy, I hope yours was too
It's currently still -7 and snowing with no signs of it slowing down
I'm sipping whisky on the couch instead of trying to work off the pizza

    1. I decided to make today a rest day because I've had my ankle in a brace.
    2. My workout window passed with me sitting with my foot up.
    3. I feel like a big fat bum.
