I had my second child in September and I've been doing my fitness pal for two months now to try to lose all the baby weight but I still have that dreaded mommy pouch. My starting weight was 199 and I'm at 183 and my goal weight is 170 but I feel like I'm hitting a dead end and I need motivation!!!!

I have a 5 year old and an almost 3 year old. I've lost 60+ lbs since July. I started at 191 lbs and I weighed in this morning at 127lbs. I'm 5'4 and 27 years old by the way. You got this mama. Just look at your sweet babies for motivation. They love how strong and healthy I am now. They do my work outs with me and are my biggest cheerleadrs.19

I totally understand how you feel. The first pic is how I looked after having my third son almost four years ago. I didn't think I could lose the abdominal weight because it was coming off of other places on my body much faster. The tummy is the last to go. Be patient. You can do it!

@Bunny81s you look amazing!!!!! Thank you for sharing your pic - it's giving me hope and motivation. Like you, the abdominal fat is very stubborn, but I am determined!2 -

How tall r u? Great job6 -
You can do it! I'm finally below my pregnancy weight that I was when I got pregnant with my 6 year old. It took way too long. But just in the last year I'm down 80lbs. However these pics don't show quite that weight difference. The top pics were at about 225lbs and the bottom at 162. I'm currently down about 5 more lbs though. I gained over 60lbs with both my pregnancies and had thyroid problems so have had a hard time losing the weight.

You can still see my stretch marks and loose skin, no amount of exercise or weight loss will change it. I'm coming to terms with it. My current picture is around 127lbs with weight lifting and fitness.
One word .. WOW!1 -

This is an awesome post!! Ugh I have had 3 kids, 2 of them C-sections. I sort of have Diastasis. My stomach protrudes out like I am pregnant no matter what. I ended up not caring about my weight and I went from 5'2 , 110lbs to 145lbs and decided that the double chin, love handles and back rolls was enough and taking a toll on my self esteem. I am getting close to my goal I have lost 13 pounds, and now wondering If I might be happy at like 118.
Let me see if I can share some pictures with you girls.
My stomach is there but when I am standing up its less noticeable. I can't say I am eating completely healthier.. Just watching my calorie intake, lifting weights, and cardio. Praying to lose another 10 pounds in the next 6 months.
The yellow sports bra is the older picture... That is about a 4 months difference.

Forgive the dirty mirror, I never planned to show these pictures to people!
My tummy after pregnancies with 4 babies and being obese for much of my life. I lost 90 lbs. total. You can still see the loose skin at the bottom of my tummy and I still have some fat but I'm happy enough with it that I wear a bikini.
Started at 212 and the pants I'm "wearing" here were too tight at that point. Now somewhere around 125.

5'2.5" so I'm short. I could probably lose a few more pounds, but honestly I'm good with where I'm at. I just want to be healthy!

I know mine isn't a huge amount of weight loss and I am still in the middle of losing weight. Here is my secret. Give up all drinks but water and coffee... no sugar added to coffee. Track your intake, I do cardio 4 days a week for 30 mins at a time. If I get bored I go for a 20 minute walk. I lift weights 4x a week, I am getting really strong. Know it's a slow process... Take pictures of your progress your eyes will lie to you but pictures and tape measure will not! Realize results will not be perfect but you will feel better, your clothes will fit better and you will feel stronger!2

I had my second child in July of '15. I thought I had done much better "watching" my weight when I was pregnant, but I still gained 40 lbs.
Finally, in January I decided to do something for myself and signed up at our local CrossFit gym. I just want to be stronger, mentally and physically.
Three months in and I feel I can definitely reach my goals! You can do this 1 day, 1 week at a time.

SW: 140lbs
CW:125lbs

Yes. Lifting and 12-15 min of cardiovascular, 5 days a week and then easy long cardio on the weekends. I also have been using MFP to make sure I'm getting enough protein and calories.3 -

Thank you! I do CrossFit. I know a lot of people have varying opinions on it, but I went in with an open mind and I love it. I could barely do a pushup on my knees when I first started and now I can do several in a row.
The only downside is I have to wake up at 5 am every morning to get my workout in. It's the only time that worked with my kids and my schedule.5
