Is there a grief counseling or support group available in your area? When my husband passed seven years ago, I found one through our local mortuary. If you belong to a church, the staff might be able to refer you to one.
My thoughts are with you over the loss of your sister.2 -
My daughter recovered from an ED. She never looks.0

So, so sorry for what you're going through. Good thoughts and wishes. If you want a good scale, you should get one, but if you're happier just living your life and the scale is too much pressure, don't feel like you *have* to do it. Obviously you've been doing fine without one.0

Spring is on it's way! It has been a rough winter, but I have not been alone thankyou for your posts. One amazing thing, is that I have been able to stay committed to this program. I haven't bought a scale. My clothes are starting to show the difference. I don't want to buy a smaller size... I want to enjoy the loose moveable feeling. A Simple pleasure of the past has returned. I can cross my legs at the knee. I again thankyou for your posts.
