Just started using fitness pal again. I had stopped using it because it stopped syncing with my Microsoft band, anyway, this little challenge is just what I need. My daughter is getting married in October, so need all the support I can get.

Thank you HRKinchen! Hubby and I put an offer in on a house last week, so we were super stressed with whether it would be accepted, gathering info for the mortgage, getting it inspected, etc. New we have a small reprieve that will be consumed by packing/going through & getting rid of stuff before we can move. On the bright side, yay extra calorie burns there?!1 -

Couldn't edit, the original post, so here is the update. I've put a pound on. After a week off eating 1200 cals, going over only on sugar ( good sugars from fruit) and protein I've gained a pound. I think my bodies went into this starvation mod, I hear about. Hopefully I will lose next week. I am not giving up0 -

March goal: lose those "fluff pounds" from TOM and sodium, and then get to 145 or less by 3/31.
Non scale goals: continue drinking 3+ liters of water a day, stay below calories, and get into single-digit jeans by the end of the month.
