Hey.I'm Kate. It's my... I forgot which attempt already to lose weight. I do well for some time and then quit. I'm looking for some motivation and support. As I live in London I thought maybe it will be a good idea to support each other and maybe one day make a meeting in some 'healthy' place.I'm thinking to create FB group or whatsapp group so we can motivate each other all the time. Anyone would join me?

    Hi Kate!! I'm Brooke :smile: I just started my weight loss journey and am finding it tough without motivation and support. I think this is a great idea and I'd love to be a part of it! I live in Central London btw.
