Name the healthy foods you've grown to love during your weight loss journey! :)

For me it's avocados, tomatoes, lemon juice (for my salads), and Greek yogurt!

I've discovered a lush breakfast only this morning! Wholemeal bread toasted, layer of Marmite, layer of low fat cream chees, topped with cucumber and tomatoes! Will be a regular now!

Greek yogurt with fresh berries are an everyday staple now. Also, a simple salad with greens, a protein (usually grilled chicken or feta cheese or walnuts), and berries. Topped off with lemon juice, a little salt and pepper. soooooooooooooooooooooooooo yum-o!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Spinach and Tilapia!

For real, forget adding oil to that fish, throw some lemon peper on there, slice a lemon throw it on foil, place the fish on top minutes later deliciousness is coming out of your oven AND you don't have to do dishes. BAM. Magic.

Healthy foods I've grown to love include: baby spinach (replaced iceberg) olive oil & vinegar (replaced ranch dressing) lemons (can't have grapefruit.. next best thing), most raw veggies, oatmeal (instead of cereal), almonds (replaced salty snacks) Mrs. Dash spices (replaced table salt) and agave (replaced sugar)
