It was a rough week. Overdid on alcohol one day and sweets another. Had a lot of walking to help offset that.

Only 1 lb lost less than I had hoped, but I guess at least I am losing weight slowly but surely. I just moved into Phase 2 of South Beach. I am starting to get bored with our meals. I need to vary it up. Also need to move more! Good luck peeps!2 -

Ummmmm. If it's really cold and my sweet tooth is out we may have a sipping cocktail of Southern Comfort and Amaretto. 50/50, 60/40 or 40/60, whatever mix blend your taste buds like. Recommended pairing: a roaring fire.0
