Low carb friends..

Hi there, I am sure there are a million threads out there regarding low carb, here goes another one anyway.
I started low carb last week, I lost 2 lbs. Would love some friends with open diaries to help me in this journey. Currently having a hard time.. everything I plan on eating is high in carbs. Food ideas, low carb groups, or general motivation would be much appreciated.
I'm 5'7 and I have lost 72lbs so far by calorie restriction. Hoping to lose another 30.

Hi there and welcome to MFP.
I've been on LB since Nov 2016 and so far down from 95kg to 85kg at 184cm. I'm sticking to roughly 30-45g of carbs a day. It was hard for the first few days, but now the cravings are gone AND I can no longer eat the same sweets I used to. They taste different and are way too sweet for me. I used to follow Tim Ferriss' LB regime with a small modification. I eat ONLY when I'm hungry, never at specific time. If I'm not hungry in the morning I don't eat, simple.
I buy ready made ham and cheese and green leave salad in my local grocery shop. It has 7g of carbs/100g. 280gr serving is more than I can eat anyway.
Still have another 10kg to loose.1 -
Also low carb always looking for more friends ^^0
