Is it normal to be losing weight and feel dizzy?

I'm losing about 2 lbs per week sometimes more, today I was driving to work after hitting the gym and I felt like I was going to faint, I played racket ball for 45 and weight lifting for 35 minutes.

No , it's not . How many calories are you consuming daily ?1

I'm pretty sure is under 1500.0

No that's not normal.
Are you eating enough?
Are you staying hydrated?
If those check out then you should see a doctor.4 -

Are you tracking calories here?
How much weight do you have to lose? Is it possible that 2+ pounds a week is way too aggressive?2 -
I'm eating from 1200 to 1500 calories per day, and drinking plenty of water.0

I don't eat before I go to the gym, can that be it?0

Are you on any medications? High BP?

1200 calories way too little and 1500 calories may be too little.. And yes if you need to eat prior to intense bouts of exercise and it is making you sick, try that..
BUT, How much weight do you have to lose? Height, age and current weight would be helpful.

You should definitely not be feeling dizzy. If it only happens after you go to the gym, then I would be sure to drink plenty of water and eat a snack right after you exercise. It sounds like you're losing at a pretty rapid pace, so you may not be eating enough calories.2

I am tracking calories, however sometimes I forget to post dinner.
I'm 250, my goal is to be around 200.0 -

Your rate of loss at 2+ pounds is way to aggressive. 1200 calories way way too little.
How about height and age?3 -

So you're a male, hitting the gym and eating, I assume gross, 1200-1500 calories a day? That's a bad idea, it's no wonder you've had a dizzy spell.5

Change your rate of loss in MFP.. its way too agressive. Yes eat more, it is that simple.

I faint (syncope) sometimes when exerted. The FIRST thing anyone asks me is, "Are you eating enough?" Based on the info you've given, I'd say you are not eating enough to maintain your activity level. I did have my dizziness/fainting checked out by a physician, so I'd recommend the same if you feel like you are eating enough. I was on a plan where I lost 2 pounds a week, and I didn't have this issue at all during that time period.5

1500 is the floor for a male...on top of that, it's for a sedentary male...if you're hitting the gym, you're not sedentary and you need to account for that activity.
You're not eating enough.
I'm 5'10" and 42 and started at 220 Lbs...I lost around 1 Lb per week eating 2300-2500 calories per day, including my exercise. When I started out I was eating around 1800 calories and losing 1.5-2 Lbs per week.3 -
I believe it was about 2000 cal per day.0

So MFP told you 2000 calories (which is before purposeful exercise unless you misinterpreted it and accounted for exercise as your activity level) and you thought it a good idea to shoot for 1200 instead?2 -
Thanks everyone, I'll ad more cals to my diet.0

I find that if I have more protein at my afternoon meal, I have more strength for my early evening work out with the personal trainer. He works us out for an intense hour, so I do need to have lots of protein I've found out. I think low blood sugar and a hard work out can make you dizzy too, but I'm no doctor. Try the high protein. Like today, I had two cheesy crustless quiche (got the recipe from my fitnesspal), 237 calories and 15 grams of protein. I had that with a half cup fat free cottage cheese, 80 calories and 13 grams of protein plus about a quarter cup of cooked sweet potato. (I'm weird, for some reason I like cottage cheese and sweet potato!) This was a late lunch at 2 p.m. My work out is at 5:30 p.m. This should take me to my work out, and when I come home I will make a salad and maybe have some fruit as a reward.1

Something like that. I figured I can lose weight quicker by cutting 500 more cals.0 -

2000 sounds about right based on your stats.. faster and aggressive weight loss is not the answer. Got to fuel your body ! Good luck!3 -

Or pass out while driving and total your car, or worse....5 -
