Hi, I just started Ketos. I did Atkins for many years but switching to Ketos. It'll be healthier for my needs. Going to be just as easy as it has been for Atkins. So PLEASE ADD ME. I need more Keto friends!! Please ask your Keto friends to add me too. Thank You
