I would say I've fallen off the wagon, but to be completely real with myself I never got on the wagon, to begin with. At the start of this challenge, and even up until now I've been all talk and no action. I say I'm going to eat better, I don't. I say I'm gonna start to work out, I don't. I have no one to blame but myself for the number on the scale. I'm just going to start taking it day by day to get it all right. small goals, goal #1 for the week make a shopping list and prep food immediately after grocery shopping. I know I can do it, I've done it before. Gotta get it together.

Totally going the wrong way here, but lots of stress this past week and nutrition suffered accordingly. At least it was only .4lbs in the wrong direction! This week will be better.0 -

Since my last post I completed the small goal i set.. Well part of it. I went food shopping to actually have stuff to cook instead of eating out. I didnt do any prep tho, bc i didnt buy anything major. Its been 3 days now of trying to actually stay on healthy eating and the amazing thing is that even on day 1 i felt sooo much better. I have had some ice cream lol but that is something i will never deprive myself of. anyways, so far so good. Im working on cleaning an area of my room to do some dance workouts i found on youtube...that is small goal #1, clean the space, start the dancing.
