Hey everyone,
I have been trying to lose weight! I gained 10 pounds over the past year and I am trying to get back to where I was! I need motivation and I am in a stall! I have lost 5 pounds but can't seem to lose anymore! I workout daily and count my calories! Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's time to adjust your plan so that you can dial in your meal timing and macronutrient tracking. Those two things are key to keeping your metabolism revved up and keeping your body from storing energy as fat.
