There's been heaps of posts about this. TBH throw it in the bin and get a misfit shine 2. I had two fitbits, and had nothing but syncing issues with them on and off. Misfit shine is prettier, more comfortable, syncs flawlessly every time, waterproof, doesn't need charging (new watch type battery every 6 months), doesn't irritate or hurt your wrist, alerts for phonecalls and texts, and there are a range of wearable accessories available. I'll never go back to a fitbit0

Mine just shows a total for calories, never shows the specific exercises... If you want to show it, log it on MFP for the right time frame and the calories will update.0

Ebony, are you on commission for them?? Haha I we'll definitely check it out! Charging every few days is annoying.
Xsmile, I don't fully understand, do you mean just take total calories from Fitbit and manually log it on here?0 -

Yes, under whatever exercise you did, and your adjustment will change based on what you add to not give your double calories.
For example, you run 10 minutes and Fitbit says you used 90 calories. Log a 10 minute run, adjust the calorie burn to what fitbit says, and the daily adjustment from fitbit will go down by that 90.
ETA - personally though - I just let fitbit track my activity and don't log it on MFP because I find that extra step a pain in the rear.0 -
Haha a pain in the rear, yeah I agree, I was hopeful for a way it would sync without me having to do anything. Think il just cross reference the two0

Lol nope, I just like gadgets and have tried several and this is the first one I've found that I actually like enough to wear every day. It fits all the criteria, I never have to think about it, it's just there.

No issues with my fitbit charge 2 with syncing with MFP.
I use fitbit to track my steps mainly. Any strength training or specific exercises I log onto MFP which syncs it back to fitbit and vice versa.0 -
I should mention I've never logged exercise into fitbit.0

Yeah, my FitBit has stopped syncing to MFP all of a sudden, agian. I've delinked and relinked and tried all the steps. Still nothing. Ugh!0
