Let's be friends!!!

So far, it's my best friend and I are motivating each other on mfp and personally to be the best us we can be! Accountability partners are the greatest when it comes to a difficult challenge. We've even given up soda and alcohol together for lent! This has been the greatest tool thus far to keep me accountable. Anybody have any motivational thoughts or mantras to help get through the challenging times? Share them with me and let's build a bigger support system!!! Thanks!

    I've been on MFP for a couple years. Last year bounced up and down all year. Finally started adding friends and motivating them and getting the same in return. Since beginning of the year I've dropped 20 pounds and reached my goal. Trying to figure what my next goal will be.
    My advice - develop a plan and be willing to adjust it as needed. Push harder than you think you go! WARNING! Cheat meal can turn into a cheat day, a cheat day quickly become a cheat week!
