Impressive. On an average I am half way your weights. I am deadlift, squat and bench press to lift my own weight. Deadlift I am there and I can do probably more. Focus is on Bench press now. Just 70k0

What lifting program would you say you've had the best results with? You look amazing!!0

I'm not following a program at the minute, just making sure I get my compound lifts in and work accessories around them. I did have a lot of success from the buff dudes 12 week program, they have just released a bulking program which might be worth a look. As with anything in life though, you will only get back what you put into it. Results don't just come decent lifting program though1
