Not eating enogh caloriese

Im new to this I don't know if im doing it right I try to eat very healthy throughout the day but I usually have 300-400kcal left im afraid im not going to loose weight because of the low calorie intake

You should be meeting your calorie goal in order to achieve healthy weight loss. Too few calories will not cause you to not lose weight...instead, you will lose at an unsafe pace and lack proper nutrients. 300-400 calories is not that hard to make up. Peanut butter on toast...ice cream....avocado...nuts. Add some calorie-dense foods such as these to your diet.3

1/4 cup of nuts has close to 200 calories and plenty of healthy fats.

Eat larger portions.
Maybe add avocados, peanut butter, bacon, potatoes.

I find it helpful to plan your daily food intake all at one time for the whole day. I usually do my plan in the morning for all meals to dial it in, to meet calorie, protein, carbs and fat the best I can. I then increase or decrease within the app within meals to meet my needs and it makes snack planning easier as the last to input. If you don't plan ahead, then you will find that your come up short since your not thinking about what is needed at the time and dieting in the dark so to speak. If its not perfect, i don't beat myself up for it. i do the best I can. I have to say it has really worked for me and i have lost over 15 pounds since using My fitness Pal. I lost 20 pounds previously with food mover by RS.1

^^^ This is what I do,too. I'm trying to gain weight. I find that planning and logging my meals for the day shows if there's likely to be a deficit and gives me the chance to make it up with snacks,drinks or larger portions.
It's fairly easy to get in an extra 300 calories if you have a look at the link above posted by lookitskriss1 -
Are you working out? If so, try and eat your exercise calories back. When I play hockey- which is at night- I'd start to feel lightheaded sometimes. I noticed that by the time I had my game, I too was at a deficit of 300-400. I wasn't eating enough calories for fuel to burn. Take that into consideration as well.1

As others say, aim to meet your calorie goal - if you feel full have some nuts/chocolate whatever you fancy really that is more calorie dense - I'd love to have 300 cals left over each day LOL1

All these numbers are just estimates. No matter how closely you log, it's still just an estimate. No matter how you calculate calories burned, it's still just an estimate. No matter where your daily calorie goal number comes from, it's still just an estimate.
So with all that said, you have to start somewhere, you have to give it a few weeks to see if it's working or not, then you tweak things if necessary.
You came to MFP for a reason. Trust it, let it do it's thing, then go from there. It's cliche for sure, but trust the process. It's hard to do, especially when we are emotionally invested, but it really is key to making progress.1 -
Regardless, eating fewer calories will not stop or slow down your weight loss. I don't understand why this is such a popular misconception. No one would ever starve. But depending on what your goal is, 300-400 is not a huge amount and you can make it up with a couple tablespoons of peanut butter or a cookie.1

Another danger if your deficit ends up being too high is a higher portion of your loss could be lean mass/muscle, which you don't want.1

if my calories are too low, I might get through 2 weeks but I'm going to eat 5K calories when I finally snap (and you will) Best approach is a modest deficit and if you can't eat enough calories like other poster's mentioned use calorie dense foods like PB or oils, butter etc.1
