30 lbs gone in 90 days

I hit a huge milestone today, 30 lbs gone since May 1, 2011. I work out 5-6 days a week, Turbo Fire, Yoga, Couch to 5k started 6wks ago and Zumba periodically with an avg. burn of 3500-4000 calories a week burned. I write down everything I eat, the good, the bad and the f*cking ugly, but I log it so I know what to do and not to do. I also drink over 100 oz of water a day and since working out I no longer live & die by my coffee pot & foo-foo high cal. flavored creamers.

Here are my pictures showing the dramatic change that a 30 lbs loss can make. I can't wait to post 60 lbs loss pictures hopefully before the end of the year. I'm 5'5" and currently between a 16 & 14, size L shirt.

    There is a huge difference now, just imagine what a difference you will see at your next milestone! Nice work! And dropping this much in 3 months is pretty ambitious too!

    I was more shocked over my breasts, I've lost an entire cup size or more (and I hope to lose more)!
