Drinking

Have you ever noticed, if you go out and just drink, come home and can't be bothered to eat ... the next morning you've lost a pound or more?
Do you log it/check in? I do. It may take me a week or more to fight my way back, but my scale SAID THAT, so i 'check in' with that new weight. I find it motivational, even tho it's probably not terribly correct at that particular time.

It's correct, but it's most likely a result of dehydration.2

take the loss and enjoy..don't let anyone make you feel bad about it including yourself. I stopped drinking for 48 days and didn/t lose a pound lol thought i would.0
