My Keto food stuff, help and tips please!

Hello, I've been looking around for a while and I feel like I am not losing weight fast enough, I still eat stuff like toasted bread, cereal.. potatoes/rice/pasta etc.. and now I am going to start with Keto.

I did a test and ended up with this:

* 1803 kcal Goal, a 30% deficit. (850 min, 2576 max)
* 25g Carbohydrates
* 120g Protein (92g min, 152g max)
* 136g Fat (30g min, 221g max)

I said that I do not exercise, but I do run 2-3 times a week, doing c25k but I thnik that will just help me lose weight faster.

But to my point.. I wanted some plans for my food, and I dont eat breakfast at all, I eat dinner and then I eat supper about 2-4hours before I go to bed.

Lets say I get some meat combined with some asparagus or broccoli, and then for supper I eat some bacon with eggs, or just eggs or just some hotdogs.

would this be good enough? is it bad if I eat below what they say?
