Monday here I come!

Ready for the start of a new week! I always start out great but come middle of the week I give in to all sorts of cravings, night eating and binging, then feel guilty. How can I stop That? I feel a bit more confident this time around because the doctor prescribed apidex. Yes, I am still suppose to work out and eat healthy, I hope it helps with those late night cravings.. :)

    Night eating can be a really hard thing to break I'm still working on that

    Love my late night bowl of cereal lol! It's so hard but when I don't give in I feel proud.

    As you should. Losing weight is all about the small victories...lots of them. Staying consistent and winning more than you lose is the key to reaching your goals
