I followed Slimming World in 2012 and lost 3 1/2 stone to get to my target within a year. I stopped going to my class and all weight piled back on. I started back at a new class in November and I just reached my stone award on Saturday. I feel like its going to be a long road back to target but I'm determined to get there again. It is my favourite weight loss plan I've tried. Feel free to add me.0

Can I ask why your on mfp doing SW as SW isn't calorie based ?1

For tracking excercise, sugar intake, and cals etc. Its the best app ive come across for blogs etc too. Although sw isn't cal counting, I still think its good to see what your averaging per day. I have manged to stay within 1200 cals and still be on plan too.2
