3/21/17 - 147.6 Spring Break!! LOTS of Spring Cleaning going on. Started C25K Sunday. Getting the kids out for walks and bike rides after "chores." It's been a good calorie burning lady few days! One more week to see how many more fat cells I can shrink and muscle cells I can grow.

Non scale goals: continue drinking 3+ liters of water a day, stay below calories, and get into single-digit jeans by the end of the month.

3/28/17 - 148.2 Went so far over on sodium on Sunday that it caused physical pain, and I didn't even realize I had done it! I was achy and bloated and completely miserable. Hopefully it will all be gone by Friday; actual end of March.

Pretty excited that I lost more than 5 lbs this month. Really would have liked to have lost that extra 2.2 so I would have been at a nice 5 lb increment, but I'll still take it.
