Do I have an eating disorder? I'm 5'5 and weigh 140llbs. My calorie intake ranges between 900-1500 and I exercise everyday. Lately most of my friends and family say I look tired and sick all the time. If I eat over 1500 calories, I exercise excessively. I'm scared to go over 140 llbs and I've been losing weight rapidly.

140lbs is a healthy weight per BMI, 900 calories is certainly not enough calories for someone who is actively exercising. Your minimum should be 1200 calories net to get adequate nutrition, so if you're exercising you should be eating 1200 calories plus a portion of your calories burned. Eating 1500 calories at your weight and height is not going to cause you to gain weight. Plugging your stats into a TDEE Calculator at the lowest level of activity you would need nearly 1700 calories to maintain.

You are putting your health at serious risk if you keep this up long term. I would suggest speaking to your doctor and/or a therapist if you have underlying issues that are causing you to undereat and obsess about your weight.

Usually eating disorders are like an obsessive need to eat less and less calories and never feeling skinny. I've never had one but from what I've seen people with eating disorders are often obsessive over what they eat, how much they eat, and how they get rid of extra calories.

Nobody can diagnose you with a mental disorder online. Go seek professional help if you're at all concerned.

    Agree. :)

As a starting point, I'd suggest making an appointment with your family doctor to discuss your concerns.
