Only 1 lb lost less than I had hoped, but I guess at least I am losing weight slowly but surely. I just moved into Phase 2 of South Beach. I am starting to get bored with our meals. I need to vary it up. Also need to move more! Good luck peeps!2 -

Alcohol, wasn't just the cider was the southern comfort too and possibly JUST POSSIBLY the chocolate tarts... oops! I have seen a low calorie Koppaberg cider in asda.1 -

Ummmmm. If it's really cold and my sweet tooth is out we may have a sipping cocktail of Southern Comfort and Amaretto. 50/50, 60/40 or 40/60, whatever mix blend your taste buds like. Recommended pairing: a roaring fire.0 -

I weighed myself last Thursday and I was down to 127 but this morning back at 128. I had too many carbs this weekend and I can definitely tell it causes me to crave sweets. Hoping for a better week! Good luck peeps!0 -

This is a very temporary increase, due to a week in Key West. This is Mondays weight, because that's my weigh in day, but I'm already down over two pounds from this number. I'm just late posting my weekly update.0 -
Reading through the posts it looks like I'm not the only one with a rough week, weight wise. I'm going to tighten up my logging and log water for the next week. That and some deliberate exercise should put me back on track.1
