    Thank you!!! And yes! Not as strictly but calories and food take are on my mind daily and making sure I make good decisions :) I won't get too hard on myself if I splurge, I just make sure my next meal is healthy!

    I love thin crisp wasa bread! With some laughing cow cheese and turkey pepperoni for snacks! And I never give up on fruit I just limit it to two servings a day. I will eat quinoa but luckily I am not even a big fan of pasta (and I am Italian! ) or rice, so carbs are not too difficult for me to give up..now cheese is another story... lol

    I lost 62 pounds in 2011! I'm about to hit my 6th MFP-anniversary. Congratulations on your long-term success. I hope I'm still at goal when I hit my 10 year mark, too. (So far, so good!)
