Hello everyone. I am new to MFP and have a goal of losing at least 100 lbs this year. I would like to connect with people for motivation and to help keep me honest. I actually like to workout but my diet has been horrible. I would routinely eat over 5000 calories a day which has led to me being over 400 lbs. So far I have lost 20 lbs but sill have a ways to go.
