I don't mind the fact that I burned off calories and I have extras but is there a setting somewhere where I can remove that from the food's calories remaining goal?

    Hi,

I think you can only turn it off with a Premium Account. Just squint when you look at the totals and you won't be able to see it :-)

You can manually change how many calories a certain exercise burns. Just change it to one calorie, so it won't add on a bunch of cals you don't want to eat.

I log all my exercise as 1 calorie. If I have a crazy high calorie burn and feel like I deserve a few beers, then I add it in.

Yeah, just don't log them and you won't get an adjustment. Or if you really want to track your exercise, log it as 1 calorie burned.
