For those who "bank calories" whats your routine/schedule?

Hi all! I know many people bank calories for the weekend. Do you have a set way you do this or just randomly eat less on days you're not hungry? I was wondering what your banking routine/schedule looks like. My work days are mon, tues, thurs & fri. Mine goes a little like this:
Mon: usually the lowest of the week around 1400 (depending on how much I overate on the weekend)
Tues: a tiny bit higher maybe around 1400-1600
Wed (usually have the day off work): 1500 to 1700 ish
Thurs: another lower day 1350-1400
Fri: anywhere between 1500-2300 depending if I eat out or not
Sat (off work): 2000-2500 depending if i eat or not
Sun (off work): 2000-2500 depending again lol

Weekly TDEE is approx 13500 cals / 5 ft 2 / active / 47 yrs

I am withdrawing calories from my age 90s. I don't think that I will live that long so I am spending the calories now.4

Lol. That's like how my mum used to give me a hard time about smoking. Like every cigarette is going to take 5 minutes off my life. I told her sure, but it was 5 minutes off the end, when I'm in a nursing home and I don't know who I am and someone has to change my diaper - so I'm okay with it.
Don't stress, I gave up smoking 2 years ago

I wing it a lot. Been maintaining for years but estimate my TDEE at 1600. I don't count calories.
Mon is around 1500
Tue is 1200 (low exercise & activity)
Wed is 1500
Thur is 1800
Fri 1500
Sat, Sun, 1500-1800 depending on life.
My undulation is pretty static. Tue low, Thu high.
Somewhere around 11000-11500 a week, estimated, keeps me in maintenance. I had to work to get my cals even that high as I am old and petite.
5'1, 63yo, maintaining at 100-105lbs.

I don't have a strict schedule. It's more like I shave a few calories off each day during the week and eat the extras during the weekend. I track my calories weekly.0
