Customizable FREE interval app

Does anyone know of a customizable interval app for iPhone that can be saved? I tried seconds, just not sure if I wanna pay $5 just for an app. TIA

what does an interval app do? Is it like 30 seconds on 30 seconds off or something. I use timer for planks but would love something that would beep every time I need to rest and restart.

Im not sure if I'm even using that right. I just want an app that will let me plug something like this in or create my own.https://media.self.com/photos/585442e24878bcc235c3ec1a/master/w_728,c_limit/1FatBurningWorkout.jpg

I see, I do interval running but have a very odd way of doing it. It started by me playing a GPS based game called Ingress.com. There are two opposing teams playing a global game similar to capture the flag. Anyway there are portals to attack, capture and link to form fields. So I go out and run around town stop at a portal for a moment and take off running to the next. It totally varies the distance, time and speed for me. This game got me over my knee pain and into running.

A Garmin makes this easy, not just to set up a workout like you've done, but it will also vibrate on your wrist and tell you when it's time to move on to the next step. Also it lets you set targets for your intervals, like keep your heart rate in a specific range, run or walk at a certain pace, put out a specific amount of power, etc.

I use "Interval Timer" on my iPhone. I can customize and save numerous workouts. I use it mostly for treadmill sprints and BBG workouts.

Not sure if it's what you need but I use 'swing timer' for my kettlebells which is free and 5* and my husband and daughter now use it for their sprint sessions. It has alerts but vibrates as well so perfect for them too
