Tofu calories..

My weight scale ran outta battery and I bought tofu for the first time. Anyone know about how much 3 oz of tofu looks like? Its seems quite dense, so I don't want to underestimate lol Its a normal sized small block of tofu that you can buy at Walmart. The small blocks...hope that helps lol
