    This is going to get ugly. ;) Carbs are quick energy for the body, nothing more. They do not create fat any quicker than any other macro will if you eat an excess of calories.

    Haha. Agreed. I work better on carbs, more effective workouts. "Fat burns in the flame of the carbohydrate". Low carb is not essential.

    Back to OP, Eat in a calorie deficit and you'll burn fat. Burning fat = getting ripped. Make sure you get your protein and get some strength training in to maintain muscle
