Taken 7/19/11. 295 lbs and down 41 lbs!


I haven't been under 300 in 4 years. Since before having my daughter. I made the commitment to change my lifestyle 1/24/11 and have come a long way. I started using MFP religiously and taking zumba classes. In the beginning my goal was to make 3 classes a week. I now take 5-6 cardio dance classes a week and a lift class once a week. I feel better than ever. This is the first time I have shared my actual weight with anyone, which is a big step for me.
