Short ladies... what is your goal?

Hey! I'm 5 feet tall... trying to figure out what I should set as a goal. What is yours?

5'2" my goal is 125. I'm at 146 last I checked.2

5'2.5 - I have a goal range of 123-128. Would love to settle at 125. 135 now. Sooooo slow!4

I'm 5'1" my goal is 112-115 pounds. I'm at 119 now.1

5'4", shooting for 125, but will be happy once my waist is back to sub-30" and I can get a 32" bra on again.2

5'2" my goal is 120, I hit my goal weight a couple of years ago then gained back 20lb's which I am now starting to try lose again.1

I'm 5'3" and my goal is 125-130. I currently weigh 160. I might want to go higher or lower depending on where I lose the weight. I have pretty sizable T&A, so if those go away, I'll aim for lower.1

Hi. I have my daughters wedding in august, I'm 166lb now and a size 12 pants 14/16 top. I want to be 145lb and a size 10 pants,12 top. I'm scared I'm not going to loose it. I'm 42 and just seem to be putting more and more weight on.3

5 ft and my goal at this point is 140. I will probably lose more but wanted to give myself something to shoot for because I started at 190.2

I'm 5 3 and currently 175lbs. I lost 60lbs and was healthy and happy at 140lbs. I got pregnant and had my son dec 2015. Then a 14 months of breastfeeding. I was 180lbs and hoping to get back to 140lbs. I know the difference of 20lbs and from 140 to 120 I'd feel horible. 140lbs is my personal desired weight. If i could get to 140 and maybe lose more fat and gain muscle that'd be awesome but I want to stay at 1404

I'm 36 yrs old, 5'2 110lbs ..I don't necessarily want to lose weight but I have suffered from anorexia for over 10 yrs and lost most of my muscle so my goal is to shift what weight I do have to mostly lean muscle instead of fat. I'm usually around 92-100 lbs but I realized I was underweight and not getting enough nutrients so I increased my eating at first without increasing my exercise and I simply gained fat..not liking how I look..I used to be a figure skater and was in great shape before anorexia(at my worst I was 60lbs) and now I am just "skinny fat" so yeah, my goal is to get back to being "fit" and healthy. I eat Organic foods when I can afford them(wish I could replace everything) but it's just so expensive. I have started walking an hr a day and doing various exercise videos. Anyway, any tips on gaining muscle/recovering your body would be greatly appreciated.3

I'm 5'2" and my biggest was 185. I've been hovering around 150 for 5 years and I started trying to get down to 115 to 125 back in November. I'm down to 128.6 but I've been working out to tone as I lose so now I'm just kind of seeing where I will end up. I still have some fat that needs gone! ☺1

I like my body best at a lower weight. Happy to increase weight as i gain muscle.2 -
I'm 5' 2 and a half. I'm currently at 139. I lift heavy weights, but I'm trying to get down to 128lbs. I was 118, but I looked to fragile. Just turned 34 this year, so my metabolism isn't liking me much this time around1

Im 5'-2" currently at 141. My goal is to be at a 18% bodyfat right now im at 30% bodyfat so I still have a few ways to go

I'm 5' 0", currently at around 185ish (haven't weighed myself in a while) and my goal is around 135 which is a size 8 for me. I realize that's still considered overweight for my height, but I'm very top heavy (size DD chest) and it doesn't go away with weight loss, so when I get smaller than 135, I look VERY out of proportion.1

I did several goals along the way because I started at over 200 lbs, which is rather obese since I'm 4'11.5". The technical "healthy weight range" based on my height is a max of 125 but having weighed as much as 229, it was hard to imagine ever getting down the far, so I preferred incremental goals.
Now I've been in the 130's for over half a year, took a break from counting calories and ate maintenance instead as it's good to give the body a break from the deficit. My current goal is to maybe get to 120 and would then consider a bulk but not decided yet. I don't have a final exact numbers as I prefer more of a range. Maybe 120-130, or might end up with final goals in the 130's instead as I didn't mind competing in the 132 weight class at the powerlifting meet. Will have to wait and see how things work out.3 -
I'm 5' 4" and my goal is anywhere between 115 - 130 Lbs. Wherever I am happy, I will stop. I was 120 before and I thought that was a good place but I added in a 5 Lb fluctuation to get to the 115 Lbs. I started at 378 Lbs and have lost 182 so I have about 81 Lbs to go.4

5'2". Currently 165 started at 175. 1st goal is to be 140-145 by June and 2nd goal is be between 130-135 by September and final goal is weight training before the holiday season. I have never really been in the 130's. Even in high school my lowest was 140's. So this is a major goal going that low.2

I am 5'4"and I am aiming for my last known skinny weight of 125. I am lifting weights now though, so if I get to 135/140 and feel happy with how I look, I'll stop there.3

My stats are here. My goal is to stay under 125lbs at morning weigh-in, along with gaining some strength and endurance for longer backpacking trips.1

I'm 5'1" about 120 now, was thinking of a goal of 116.
But starting to wonder if I should be more focused on re-comping/BF% instead (mine is probably in the high 20's, would like it to be in the low 20's)1
