7 Weeks Postpartum and Getting After It!!!

I had my first baby via cesarean 7 weeks ago. I feel like it's time to tighten up my diet and incorporate exercise again into my new routine. Anyone else in the same boat and want accountability?

    I'm 4 weeks post baby and looking forward to getting back into my workouts. I have to wait till 6 weeks but could use accountability

    I am 6 months post partum and onky just beginning my fitness regime. Be so careful, you will really want to get back into your usual routine but your body willnot be ready. I too had a c section and felt fighting fit after 2 weeks!
    Stick to planks and core based work if you want to tone the tummy.
    But my advice would be, just eat healthy and do yoga, pilatesand lots of walks with your littlw one for the first 6 months. Its great being a mum ist it?
