Women/Men who have successfully lost the "B" belly? (pictures?)

I have been plagued with a "b" belly most of my life. For those who are unsure of what I am talking about, it is when your belly does not completely round out like a backwards C but your profile resembles more of a B (usually folds across the belly button). Anyways, even pregnant, my belly had never rounded out.
I am working hard to lose this weight but I am curious if my belly and lower pudgy will ever round out (and then of course disappear). I would love to be able to have my belly button visible again Have any of yall had success with this? I am currently at 278 (weight in tomorrow so hopefully lower) and even at 220 (high school) I still had a B shape.
Pictures and insight on this would be appreciated!!
Also, are their any specific exercises (minus crunches) that would help with especially the lower pudgy area?

I don't have a "b" belly, but I have ALWAYS had a little belly (well, it ranged from little to very round, depending on my weight) from when I was a kid up until now.
Even when I weighed only 47 kg (under 120 lbs - I'm 5'6") in my 20's I still had the damn belly.
Skip forward decades - I am now 41 (almost 42) and FINALLY found something that works!
The right food (or, should I say, the right amounts of macros - low carb, medium protein, medium fat - and I avoid too much "breaded" stuff) and tabata (or intervals as the US people call it).
Switching my diet to low carb (I don't deprive myself at all - just lowered my carb % of my daily calorie intake) and higher fat and protein, and doing intervals for only 6 to 8 minutes, 3 times a week... NO CRUNCHES OR SIT UPS! has begun to flatten my once annoyingly paunchy belly. Took about a week to see a change, and I know when I've had too much carb intake, as it gets a bit "soft" again and starts to round out once more... so I just do a day or two of IF (intermittent fasting 16:8) and I'm back on track.
Depending on your body type, it might also help with butt and thighs (my thighs are smaller too, but my butt will always be round and I don't mind that at all!) but it definitely works for belly fat.
I know that's not EXACTLY what you are talking about (the "b" belly shape) but why not give it a shot for a month or so and see if anything helps? It will also help with weight loss!

Yes I have a B-belly. It is genetic so you can't totally get rid of it.
Being within your normal BMI range will improve it.
Retraction of skin as you lose, again genetic, will help it.
Strengthening your abdominals and obliques will help it.
Good posture at all times will help it.
Keep losing the weight. Eat foods you like, aim for good nutrition, and try to do some form of exercise making sure you engage your abs, no need to do specific ab exercises, walking with good posture will help initially.
I am an apple B-belly so all my weight was carried there and at my heaviest my upper belly (above belly button) was bigger than my lower.
I have been at my goal weight for a few years now, and although when I sit I bloop into a B (can't see my belly buttton, swallow belts) standing I look pretty good.
Here is me at my heaviest, and at goal weight.
Here I am at the same maintenance weight, but after 3 years of a recomp.

I have a "B" belly! I've always grumbled about it - thought I was alone. Even when I was young & skinny at 145 lbs (I'm 5'10"), I still had my "two pooches" I've always been self conscious of it, and assumed there was no ridding myself of it.1

You are not alone! I did not realize it was a "thing" until I saw a post on one of my pregnancy/mommy boards about it. The lady was far along in her pregnancy but her belly still had not rounded out. That's when I realized I was not alone and neither are you!0 -

I have it, I had it all through my very long and big-baby producing pregnancy too. I like it, though. I think it's sexy, like what belly dancers have.0
